Because all of our work is handmade by local artists who are paid when their products sell, all in-store purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and support for our local creatives.

Workshop Ticket Policy
We’re excited to offer unique, hands-on workshops taught by local artists! Please keep in mind:
If you cancel within one week of the workshop date, we are unable to offer a refund.
Cancellations made more than one week in advance may qualify for a refund or credit toward a future workshop.
If we must cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
